We provide training programmes aimed at building capacity within the client organisation. We focus on equipping employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to enable them to effectively deal with the challenges confronting them.

Our range of products and services further include the delivery of any of our clients’ internal training programmes. Suitably qualified and experienced trainers will at all stages be used in the delivery of these or any of our own programmes.


Design, development and testing capacity:


The challenge in designing training programmes of this nature always lies in maintaining focus on the specific results one wants to achieve.  We believe that any training programme should provide the client organisation with measurable business driven results. In order to ensure that our training programmes are organisation specific, we follow a systematic approach to the design or customisation thereof. This approach has six phases:

  • ANALYSIS. Clarify what the problem is in performance terms.  Describe the desired performance in measurable terms, identify and describe the target group and agree the final objective for the training programme.
  • DESIGN. Subdivide the topic into subordinate objectives and group these together into logical modules.  Choose appropriate media and methods for each module and design appropriate learning activities.
  • DEVELOPMENT. Produce all training components (e.g. material, case studies, job aids, documentation for handout, role-plays, etc.).
  • TESTING AND EDITING. Test the draft material with representatives from the target group and revise if necessary.
  • IMPLEMENTATION. The training material is delivered as designed to ensure successful results.
  • FINAL EVALUATION. Assess whether the training accomplished actual performance improvement and update the process and material as necessary.



We have further found that the involvement of certain subject-matter experts from within the client organisation in the Analysis, Design and Testing Phasesoes not only add value to the final product, but also facilitates a greater acceptance of the programme within the organisation.  This process further enables us to develop an understanding of the specific nature and culture of the organisation which facilitates more effective presentation/facilitation of the training programme.
